So, what would a Technology Apprentice mean for your business?
As a business owner you will likely have technology challenges, these may be associated with operating systems, networks, hardware, printers, installing new software, managing your website and social media, maintaining and fixing equipment, assisting in system upgrades, liaising with third party suppliers such as internet service providers and many more.

As a training provider we will work to ensure your apprentice receives the highest quality training, incorporating digital and face to face delivery to offer a truly forward thinking approach. Bespoke training provision will ensure their training has a positive impact on your organisation as well as them as an individual, helping you to grow your business in a fit for purpose.
Worried you won’t know how to technically direct your apprentice to achieve success?
Don’t worry, Primary Goal offer a virtual line manger support to all our apprentices, available from 9-5pm daily. Your apprentice can call us for help when facing a technical or business challenge or just for someone to share their feeling and/or experiences. All of our virtual line managers have undertaken the IT Infrastructure Technician Level 3 apprenticeship standard themselves and therefore offer the perfect mentoring support to our new learners.
How much will an apprentice cost my business?
As a non-levy payer (any business under the £3million pay threshold) you will pay 10% of the cost for the Level 3 apprentice training programme which equates to £1,500 over a 15 month duration. The government pay the additional 90%. In addition to this, your business shall also pay the apprentice a minimal salary of £3.70 per hour which is stipulated by the government.
